Hospital-Volunteer

Responsible for carrying out the Service Excellence Standards for patients & patients’ families by meeting and greeting patients admitted on the weekend. Provide indirect care that meets the psychosocial, physical (non- clinical) and general aspects of care. Meets the communication needs of the patient and family and acts as the liaison between nursing personnel and patient specific to enhancing the patient experience.
